Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Eligible returns may be refunded to the original form of payment or issued as store credit for a future purchase.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and purchased directly from Sooj Skin. Products purchased through third-party retailers are not eligible for returns through our website.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards

  • Acne patches

  • Sheet masks

  • Boxed sets*

Products that have been opened, used, or returned in unsellable condition are not eligible for a refund. If a used item is returned, no refund or store credit will be issued.

Please note that refunds can only be processed to the original payment method used at checkout or as store credit. We are unable to issue refunds to an alternate payment method.

Return Shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any return shipping label fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you prefer to use your own shipping carrier, please include your order number or packing slip inside the package and email the tracking information to hello@soojskin.com once your return has been shipped.

*Unopened box sets are eligible for return. To request a return, please contact hello@soojskin.com. All items included in the original set must be returned together for the return to qualify for a refund.
