Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays).
Please note that processing times may be extended during promotional periods, holidays, inventory restocks, or other high-volume shipping events. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after your package leaves our fulfillment center.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Los Angeles, California, USA.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship throughout all U.S. states and U.S. territories using our standard shipping services.
Shipping rates, taxes, and applicable fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Free Shipping Offer
We offer free shipping on orders over $40 within the contiguous U.S. (excluding APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories).
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where required by federal, state, and local regulations. The amount charged will vary based on the shipping destination and applicable tax laws.

Freight Forwarding Services
Orders shipped to freight forwarding companies are accepted at the customer's discretion. Once a package has been successfully delivered to the freight forwarding address provided at checkout, Sooj Skin is not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, or missing shipments.
We are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or claims assistance for orders that are routed through third-party freight forwarding services.
